Stress is the reaction to a stimulus. With a simple mind exercise, you can stop those feelings of stress and overwhelm before your body responds, thereby eliminating the stress and leaving your mind clear and calm.

This kind of counselling develops a sense of unity between your mind, spirit and body through coaching, visualization, emotional management techniques, meditation, spiritual guidance, and ways to clear energy. These techniques provide a means for you to dig into your subconscious and unconscious mind, utilizing inner wisdom to find solutions to everyday problems.

 

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention. You remain aware of who you are, where you are and remember what happened during a hypnosis session. Your conscious mind is quieted, allowing you to tap into the part of the brain where your thoughts, habits, perceptions, and behaviours originate. You can't be made to do anything against your will or reveal any information that you wish to remain secret; hypnosis is a partnership between the therapist and client. Clients typically, will either want to be able to do something that they cannot do or stop doing something that they currently do.
